Dhaka: Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus has been invited to the birth centenary ceremony of Tajuddin Ahmad, a key figure in the Great Liberation War and the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh. The invitation was extended during a meeting held at the State Guest House Jamuna.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Tajuddin's eldest daughter, Sharmin Ahmad, and his only son, Tanzim Ahmad Sohel Taj, personally handed over the invitation letter to the Chief Adviser. During the meeting, Sharmin Ahmad also presented Professor Yunus with a copy of her book, "Tajuddin Ahmad: Leader and Father," highlighting the significant contributions of her father to the nation.
