Munshiganj: A motorcyclist was killed while he was skidding away after striking behind a bus on Dhaka-Mawa expressway last night. The motorcyclist is identified as Rohan, 18, son of M Mosharraf of Dohar upazila under Dhaka district.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a speedy motorbike suddenly hit behind a passenger bus on the Dhaka-bound lane at Nimtala area at 8 PM on Sunday. The motorcyclist died on the spot when he skidded after losing control, said Officer in Charge Abdul Quader Jilani of Hasara Highway police station.
The critically injured co-rider of the bike was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Rohan's dead body was taken away by his relatives.
