Dhaka: The Adviser to the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Sk. Bashir Uddin, has urged ministry officials to return to their duties with renewed dedication and enthusiasm following the Eid holidays. This call to action was made during a post-Eid courtesy meeting held in the ministry's conference room today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Bashir Uddin highlighted the importance of resuming initiatives that were underway before the vacation, particularly focusing on reforms in laws and regulations and activities related to travel agencies. He emphasized the necessity of carrying forward this work swiftly and effectively.
The adviser also outlined a broader vision for the sector, stressing the need for timely and pragmatic reforms to ensure sustainable development in both tourism and aviation. He underlined the importance of enhancing passenger service quality and strengthening overall management capacity.
