Manikganj: Police recovered the hanging body of a Dhaka University student from his house today. The deceased was identified as Shakil Ahmed, 24, son of Nasir Uddin Ahmed of village Dakkhin Jamsha under Singair Upazila of the district and a final year student of the Fine Arts Department of the university.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Singair police station Toufique Azam stated that the body of the student was recovered from his house and sent to the morgue of Manikganj Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
