DMP Files 2,013 Cases Against Traffic Rules Violations

Dhaka: Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s (DMP) Traffic Division has filed a total of 2,013 cases against vehicles, owners, and drivers for violating traffic rules.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the DMP Traffic Division conducted a drive yesterday that resulted in these cases being filed, and fines were imposed on the offenders.



The DMP press release indicated that as part of the campaign, 220 motor vehicles were dumped and 148 vehicles were towed. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enforce traffic regulations and maintain order on Dhaka’s streets.



The DMP emphasized that these drives will continue in order to ensure discipline and safety on the roads of Dhaka.
