Dry Weather with Partly Cloudy Skies Forecasted Across Bangladesh

Dhaka: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted that the weather may remain primarily dry with temporary partly cloudy skies across the country for the next 120 hours starting from 9 am.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Meteorologist Shaheenul Islam of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) indicated a slight rise in both day and night temperatures throughout the country. The forecast also predicts the likelihood of rain or thundershowers accompanied by lightning and temporary gusty winds in a few places over the Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, and one or two places across the Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, and Chattogram divisions.



The Met office’s outlook for the next five days suggests an increase in rainfall activity and a potential drop in temperature. Specific details include today’s sunset in Dhaka at 6:23 pm and tomorrow’s sunrise at 5:31 am.



The BMD release further detailed that the maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 35.5 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi of the Rajshahi division, while the minimum temperature was 21.2 degrees Celsius in Bandarban, located in the Chattogram division.
