Youngone Corporation Chairman Expresses Gratitude to Lutfey Siddiqi for Resolving KEPZ Land Issue

Chattogram: Chairman and CEO of Youngone Corporation, Kihak Sung, has expressed his gratitude to Lutfey Siddiqi, the Special Envoy on International Affairs to the Chief Adviser, for successfully resolving the protracted land issue at the Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ).



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Kihak Sung conveyed his appreciation in a letter addressed to Lutfey Siddiqi, where he highlighted the importance of the resolution. “It is with the deepest appreciation and thankfulness that I acknowledge the execution of the Deed of Transfer which has been duly signed between the Deputy Commissioner, Chattogram and the KEPZ on 6 February 2025,” wrote Kihak.



In his letter, Kihak emphasized the significance of settling this long-standing issue and expressed his gratitude towards Siddiqi and his team’s efforts. “I would like to take this opportunity to convey our grateful thanks and appreciation to you and your team in bringing it to fruition within the Interim Government’s pledge by 6 February 2025,” he mentioned.



Furthermore, Kihak acknowledged the critical role played by Siddiqi in instilling renewed confidence in Youngone Corporation’s commitment to the economic development of Bangladesh. “Your personal, prompt and steadfast support in this regard has rekindled our confidence and determination towards contributing and furthering the economic development of the country and prosperity of the people of Bangladesh,” he stated.



Kihak concluded his message by extending his thanks again and expressing hopes for continued support in the future. “Once again, our sincere thanks and look forward to your continued support in the future,” he added.
