Bandarban: Three motorcyclists were killed in a road accident at Alikadam upazila of the district this afternoon. The deceased were identified as Belal, 30, son of Mashuk Ahmed; Minhaj, 18, son of Mintu Syed Akbar; and Sayed Amin, 42, residents of different areas of the upazila.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the incident occurred in the Tarabunia area of the upazila when a motorcycle collided head-on with a truck, resulting in the immediate deaths of the three bike riders. Mirza Zahir Uddin, Officer-in-Charge of Alikadam Police Station, confirmed the details of the accident.
Upon receiving information about the accident, police officials recovered the bodies and transported them to the upazila health complex. Bandarban Superintendent of Police Md. Shahidullah Kawsar provided this update.
