DHAKA: Bangladesh and Morocco have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the longstanding friendly relations between the two nations. This commitment was articulated during a meeting between Morocco's ambassador to Bangladesh, Majid Halim, and Md. Touhid Hossain, the adviser on foreign affairs to Bangladesh's interim government, held at the Foreign Ministry. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Ambassador Halim emphasized Morocco's interest in deepening bilateral ties, highlighting Bangladesh's active engagement in global platforms such as the United Nations. The meeting covered a range of bilateral issues, including trade, investment, and cultural cooperation, signaling a mutual interest in expanding collaboration. Both parties expressed optimism about further advancing their partnership, aiming to achieve mutual benefits for the peoples of both countries.
