Manikganj: The Executive Committee of the Cricketer's Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB), Manikganj District unit, was established on Monday evening during a general meeting at the auditorium of Sabis, a cultural organization in the district. Tanjilur Fargani Tanju and Masud Rayhan were elected as President and General Secretary, respectively, for a term of four years. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting was chaired by Sayeed Khan Mojlish, Vice-President of the CWAB Manikganj district unit. Rasheed Samiul Islam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Monno Ceramic Industries Ltd, was appointed as the chief advisor of the committee. Additionally, Sayeed Khan Mojlish, Sabbir Ali Khan Shibly, Jahangir Alam Biswas, Tobarok Hossain Khan, and Iqbal Hossain were selected as advisors. The committee also includes Vice-Presidents Tanjidur Rahman, Abul Bashar, Asif Iqbal Roni, Shafiqul Islam Firoj, and Obaydur Rahman. The elected Assistant General Secretaries are Tutilur Rahman Fargan i, Humayun Kobir Shahin, Kazi Harunur Rashid Pintu, Zia Uddin Roki, and Mithun Chakraborty. Fazle Rabbi has been named the Organising Secretary, with Sayeed Islam Polash as the Assistant Organising Secretary. Atiqur Rahman takes the role of Treasurer, Rad Ahmed as the Publicity Secretary, and Saidur Rahman as the Sports Secretary.
