Dhaka: The government has announced an extension for the submission of nomination proposals for the prestigious Ekushey Padak, with the new deadline now set for November 14. This decision was made public through a notification from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the previous deadline for submitting nominations was October 31. The Ekushey Padak is one of the highest civilian awards in Bangladesh, given to individuals and organizations for significant contributions in various fields. The extension provides additional time for potential nominees to prepare and submit their applications for consideration.
