700 Homeless Families Receive Essential Relief in C’nawabganj

C'nawabganj: Shibganj Upazila Administration today distributed relief among 700 homeless families of flood-affected areas under the upazila. Relief distribution and healthcare were provided to the people of Kadamtala and Charpanka areas of Panka union of the upazila from morning to afternoon.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, relief materials were delivered to 700 families as part of humanitarian assistance to the distressed and helpless people in the flood-affected areas. In addition to the relief distribution, medical consultation, free medicine distribution, and livestock medical services were provided to the people of the areas.

Shibganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Azhar Ali, Upazila Animal Resources Officer Dr. Shahadat Hossain, Project Implementation Officer Md. Mizanur Rahman, Panka Union Parishad Chairman Abdul Malek, and local public representatives were present at the time.
