57.39% Students Pass SSC in Mymensingh Education Board

Mymensingh: The Mymensingh education board has recorded a 57.39 percent pass rate in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination this year. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the results published this morning revealed that a total of 60,274 students successfully passed this year's SSC examinations. Among these students, 28,372 are boys and 31,902 are girls, marking a pass rate of 57.39 percent.

Mymensingh Education Board Secretary Professor Md. Enamul Haque confirmed these details during a press briefing held at 10 am today. The result statistics indicate that girls have outperformed boys in both pass rate and GPA-5 achievements within the board.

Professor Haque further elaborated that 105,028 students appeared for this year's SSC examination, out of which 60,274 passed. A total of 5,700 students secured a GPA-5, comprising 2,621 boys and 3,079 girls. The examination witnessed participation from 75,855 students belonging to 1,344 educational institutions, which were spread across 188 centers under the Mymensingh Education Board this year.

In attendance at the briefing were Deputy Controller of Examinations Md. Sirajul Islam, Controller of Examinations Professor Md. Shahadat Molla, and other officials of the board.
