Dhaka: In the nationwide ongoing operation, 3338 more crime suspects were apprehended in the last 48 hours.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, 2232 of them were captured in previous cases and pending warrants while 1106 others were apprehended on various criminal charges. Authorities also confiscated one foreign-made pistol, two single-barrel guns, two domestic one-shutter guns, 21 rounds of various bullets, 51 different cartridges, and numerous sharp weapons during the operations.
