Jamalpur: A three-day land fair focused on bringing land services closer to the community is scheduled to commence at the AC land office premises on May 19. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Yusuf Ali announced the event during a press conference held at his office today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the primary objective of the fair is to minimize harassment and corruption by providing information on digital land services. The initiative aims to educate attendees, including students, about the digital land management system, offering them a comprehensive understanding of the available services.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Afsana Taslim and Assistant Commissioner (Land) Jamalpur Sadar Upazila Tanvir Haider also addressed the press conference, emphasizing the significance of such initiatives in promoting transparent and accessible land services.
