26 New Law Officials Appointed in Chapainawabganj Courts.

CHAPAINAWABGANJ: A total of 26 new law officials have been appointed in different courts of Chapainawabganj district following the cancellation of the previous law officers’ appointment orders. This restructuring aims to enhance the judicial efficiency and effectiveness within the district.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a letter signed by Md. Mahruf Hossain, Deputy Solicitor of the Law and Justice Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, confirmed the new appointments. Md. Abdul Wadud has taken the position of Public Prosecutor (PP) in the court of the Chapainawabganj District and Session Judge.

In addition to the appointment of the Public Prosecutor, seven lawyers have been appointed as Additional PPs in the same court. The appointed lawyers are Md. Yunus Mia Fitu, Md. Moyej Uddin, Hasan Jamil Bablu, Alhaj Md. Afjal Hossain, Md. Rezaul Karim, Yusuf Ali, and Akramul Islam.

Furthermore, nine lawyers have assumed roles as Assistant PPs in the court. These appointees inc
lude Molla Hasan Sharif, Md. Jahir Jaman Jony, Md. Farhad Hossain Milon, Md. Moazzem Hossain, Md. Tohurul Islam Pintu, Md. Shah Alam, Md. Masir Ali, Md. Masud Rana, and Md. Abul Kalam Azad.

Md. Mosaddek Hossain has been named the Government Prosecutor (GP), and two lawyers, Md. Khairul Islam and Aftab Uddin Mia, have been appointed as Additional GPs in the aforementioned court. Additionally, four other lawyers, Mst. Rahima Khatun, Md. Mahmudul Islam Konok, Md. Masidul Islam, and Nahid Ibne Mizan, have been appointed as Assistant GPs.

In the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal, Md. Rabiul Hoque Dolon has been designated as the PP, while Md. Ibrahim Hossain has been appointed as Assistant PP in the same tribunal. The appointments, effective immediately, reflect a comprehensive overhaul of legal personnel in the district, pending further notice.
