Dhaka: In the ongoing nationwide operation, 1797 more crime suspects were apprehended in the last 24 hours.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Police Headquarters statement revealed that 1187 of the individuals were nabbed in connection with previous cases and pending warrants, while 610 others were detained on various criminal charges.
Additionally, law enforcement officers seized two rifles, one foreign pistol, four magazines, six rounds of bullets, two unexploded crude bombs, and several sharp weapons during the operation.
