Vivo expands customer service centres in Dhaka

Smartphone brand vivo recently expanded its customer service facilities in Dhaka.

Vivo launched two new service centres in Dhaka’s Mirpur and Uttara. The company is now providing after-sales service from 25 centres across the country.

Customers purchasing vivo handsets may replace it within 15 days if there are any functional faults.

Also, they will get free maintenance service for 1 year; and six months’ local replacement warranty for the battery, earphone, charger, and USB cable from the purchase date if there are any functional faults.

Reasat Ahmed, assistant manager of vivo Bangladesh, said: “Our previous after-sales service initiatives received a good positive response. And we are happy to have been able to open two additional service facilities in Dhaka.”

Since its inception, 4 years ago, the brand has been growing its services in Bangladesh. It is now providing after-sales support from 23 external facilities and two internal service points.

Vivo plans to open six more service centres by the end of 2021.
