The Anti-Corruption Commission ( ACC) on Tuesday filed a case against an officer of Social Islami Bank for misappropriating around TK 19 lakh.
The case against Hasan Mohammad Rashed was filed with Noakhali Coordinated Office,ACC after primary investigation.
Deputy Director of ACC public relations office Muhammad Arif Sadeq told UNB that assistant director Subel Ahmed filed the case.
According to the case statement, Hasan Mohammad Rashed embezzled the money from five clients of the bank through fake documents while posted at the Feni branch of SIB.
