Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep shock at the death of Brahmanbaria’s Sarail upazila Awami League leader Farhad Rahman Makki, also father of special assistant to the PM Barrister Shah Ali Farhad.
She prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.
Farhad Rahman, a former additional secretary, breathed his last at 5:00 pm while undergoing treatment for cancer at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital in Shyamoli, Dhaka.
