Mobile financial services (MFS) provider Nagad has officially received the Best Innovative DFS 2021 Award from the UK-based publication The Global Economics.
In July 2021, the magazine declared Nagad the winner of the award.
As part of the announcement, The Global Economics arranged an award ceremony in Dubai Thursday.
Faisal Choudhury, director of Nagad, and KM Ayreen Aziz, head of strategic alliance, received the award.
The Global Economics has a dedicated annual online awards programme with the purpose of recognising the key players in the market from different sectors and rewarding them.
The prestigious awards – open to all companies across the world in sectors like finance, banking, real estate, insurance and energy – provide companies with global outreach and recognition.
The publication acknowledged and recognised Nagad, under the digital transformations in the technological innovation category, through the best DFS award.
