Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) inaugurated “Cyber Security Awareness Week” in the capital Monday.
Mohammed Monirul Moula, managing director and CEO of the bank, inaugurated the programme as chief guest.
IBBL additional managing directors Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Md Omar Faruk Khan addressed the programme as special guests.
Taher Ahmed Chowdhury, deputy managing director of the bank, presided over the programme.
IBBL senior executive vice-presidents Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder and Abul Faiz Muhammad Kamaluddin also spoke at the event.
The bank’s deputy managing directors Abu Reza Md Yeahia, JQM Habibullah, Md Mostafizur Rahman Siddiquee, Chief Risk Officer Mohammad Ali, and Islami Bank Training and Research Academy Principal SM Rabiul Hasan also joined the programme on a virtual platform, said a media statement.
