Sylhet Agricultural University (SAU) will arrange graduation examinations online from September.
This decision was taken at the 38th SAU academic council meeting on Sunday.
During this time the proposed policy for online exams was also approved.
The meeting was presided over by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr Md. Matiar Rahman Hawladar.
The proposed policy was briefly narrated by the chairman of the committee, Prof. Dr Syed Sayem Uddin Ahmed and presented through PowerPoint by Associate Prof. Masudur Rahman.
After detailed discussion the policy was approved and exams were decided to be scheduled from September.
The internship and postgraduate exams might be conducted in accordance with the university’s conventional policies or in the proposed online system, said the committee.
