The Awami League on Friday nominated its chairman candidates for elections to second phase of the Union Parishads in Khulna, Barisal and five districts of Dhaka division(Dhaka, Gazipur, Manikganj, Narayanganj and Kishoreganj)
The nomination list was finalised at a meeting of Awami League local government nomination board with prime minister and Awami League local government nomination board president Sheikh Hasina in the chair at her official Ganabhaban residence in Dhaka, said a press release.
