Verdict of journalist Manik Saha murder case tomorrow

A Khulna court today fixed the verdict of journalist Manik Saha murder case tomorrow.

Judge of Khulna divisional speedy trial tribunal M A Rob Howlader fixed the verdict date after completed arguments of lawyers of accused criminals of the two cases related on the murder.

A veteran journalist Manik Saha, the then Khulna bureau chief of Ekushey Television, the daily Sangbad and contributor of BBC in Khulna division was bombed to death near Khulna Press Club on January 15 in 2004.

Police filed two cases on January 17, two days after the incident, with Khulna Kotwali Police Station in this connection.

Police also pressed chargesheet against 10 outlawed party men (PBC- ML-Janajuddha) on March 19 in 2004.
