DHAKA, Jan 31, 2017 (BSS) - Private carrier US-BANGLA is going to operate daily three flights on Dhaka-Cox's Bazar and Dhaka-Jessore routes from tomorrow.
The carrier has taken the move following growing demand from the passengers in these domestic routes, said Deputy General Manager (Marketing Support and PR) of US-Bangla Airlines M Kamrul Islam.
Now US-BANGLA is operating daily six flights on Dhaka-Chittagong while two flights each on Dhaka-Sylhet and Dhaka-Syedpur, and weekly three flights each on Dhaka-Rajshahi and Dhaka-Barisal routes.
Besides, it will fly to Kuala Lumpur in March 1 while Singapore in March 9. Apart from Kathmandu, US-BANGLA is operating daily flight to Kolkata and Muscat routes.
US-BANGLA has five aircraft in its fleet, of which two is Boeing 737-800 while another three is Dash Q8-400. It has planned to incorporate another Boeing 737-800 aircraft within February.
The private carrier started inaugural flight with the motto "fly fast-fly safe" on July 17, 2014 by operating in Dhaka-Jessore route.
