The Sultana Kamal Inter-District Age Group Women’s Swimming Competition, organised by Bangladesh Women’s Sports Association, begins on Friday.
State Minister for Youth and Sports M Zahid Ahsan Russell will inaugurate the two-day meet at 10:30 am at Sultana Kamal Sports Complex in Dhanmandi.
Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Mesbahuddin will be the chief guest at the closing function on Saturday.
Some 120 swimmers from 20 districts are expected compete in the two-day meet.
