Mugda Samaj Kallyan & Krira Sangsad beat Badda Jagoroni Sangsad by 1-0 goal in the Bashundhara Group Metropolis Senior Division Football League at the Kamalapur Stadium here on Saturday.
Golam Sarwar netted the match- winning goal for the Mugda team in the 23rd minute of the match.
In the day’s another match, Jstrabari Krira Chakra defeated Dilkusha Sporting Club by the same margin at the same venue.
After a barren first half, Tariqul scored the all-important goal for Jatrabari KC in the 60th minute.
The day’s other match between Victoria Sporting Club and Basabo Torun Sangha ended in a goalless draw at the same venue.
Meanwhile, in the BFF U-18 Football League, Chittagong Abahani Ltd beat Bangladesh Police FC by 2-0 goal at the Govt. Physical Education College ground here on Saturday.
Shahadat scored both the goals for the port city team, one in each half.
