DHAKA, Jan 19, 2017 (BSS) - The Supreme Court (SC) today issued a circular asking all the subordinate courts to promptly inform the office of the Registrar General of any undesired incidents on the premises of those courts.
"Different undesired incidents are taking place in different subordinate courts recently. Though it is necessary to inform the Supreme Court about the matters immediately, it is being seen that concerned authorities are not doing this. As a result Bangladesh Supreme Court is not being able to take quick action," the circular said.
The circular signed by High Court division registrar Abu Syed Diljar Hussain, said departmental actions will be taken against the persons who will fail to follow the apex court's direction in this regard.
