Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, ¼ cup finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 cups milk, ¾ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon dry mustard, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 package macaroni, 2 cups Cheddar cheese

Directions

First, make sure to preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Then, fry the onion with the butter and then add flour, milk, mustard, and pepper, stir continuously, and cook for 1 minute or until the mixture boils and thickens. Cook macaroni with salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add the cheeses to the milk mixture, combine with Marconi and take in a baking dish and back for 30 minutes and serve after being cool.

French Onion Soup

Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 6 cups,1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 6 cups beef stock, 1 leaf whole bay leaf, 1 loaf of french bread, 12 oz swiss cheese, pepper to taste, 110g parmesan cheese

Directions

First, make the onions brown and caramelised with olive, butter, ½ tsp salt, and sugar. Then, mix flour and cook for about 30 seconds. Preheat the oven to 160˚C. Add beef stock, and bay leaf, and cook for 40 minutes. In the meantime, bake the french bread at 325˚F for 30 minutes. Finally, in an oven-safe bowl, pour the onion soup, filling about ¾ of the way full, garnish and serve.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ cup chopped celery, 4-ounce chicken broth, 14.5-ounce vegetable broth, ½ pound chopped cooked chicken breast, 1 ½ cups egg noodles, 1 cup sliced carrots,½ teaspoon dried basil, salt, and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

First, cook onion and celery in the melted butter to make them tender. Then, add chicken broth, egg noodles, vegetable broth, chicken, oregano, carrots, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix them well and give them to a boil. Minimise the heat for 20 minutes and enjoy.

Easy Meatloaf

1 ½ pounds ground beef, 1 egg, One onion, 1 cup milk, One cup dried bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, Two tablespoons prepared mustard, ⅓ cup ketchup

First, preheat the oven to 400° and take an ovenproof skillet to heat butter. Cook potatoes to make them golden brown and tender. Then, mix parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Make sure to make 4 wells in the potato mixture and break 2 eggs into each well. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Finally, spread the cheese and bake for about 1 minute.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter, 8 slices of bread, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, three tablespoons Parmesan cheese, 1/8 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Jack cheese, 4 ounces Brie cheese

Directions

First, toast each slice of bread with butter. Then mix mayonnaise, Manchego cheese, onion powder, and the remaining butter in a bowl. Take another bowl and combine cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Gruyere. Assemble sandwiches with the mixture and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

2-3 cups chicken, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 onion, 1 can of chilli beans, 1 can of black beans, 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, 1 package of taco seasoning, and 2 cups of your favourite salsa, 1-1/2 cups water

First, fry the onion and then add all other ingredients, minimise the heat after boiling and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish favourite toppings.
