DHAKA, March 17, 2023 (BSS) - Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with hails at isolated places over the country, a met release said today.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said the met forecast for the next 24 hours commencing 9am today.
Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded 35.5 degrees Celsius at Rangamati and Teknaf while the minimum temperature today was recorded 17.7 degrees Celsius at Tetulia.
The sun sets at 6:08 pm today and rises at 6:05 am tomorrow in the capital.
