Awami League (AL) General Secretary Obaidul Quader today attended an iftar mahfil here hosted by the AL’s international Affairs Sub-committee.
AL Presidium Member Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Joint General Secretaries AFM Bahauddin Nasim and Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud, chairman of the subcommittee Muhammad Zamir and subcommittee’s member secretary Dr Shammi Ahmed also joined the iftar.
Members of the cabinet and prominent personalities including central leaders of AL and diplomats of about 30 countries in Bangladesh were also present.
On the occasion, Quader hoped that relations with friendly countries would be further strengthened in the future.
