A man was killed and three others injured in a collision between a microbus and a truck in Gazaria upazila here today.
The deceased was identified as Md Emdad Hossain Shaon, 28, hailed from Noakhali district.
In charge of Vober Char Highway Police camp A S M Rashedul Islam said the accident occurred early morning in Baoshia Pakhir Mor area on the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway. Emdad Hossain Shaon was taken to Gazaria Upazila Health Complex where the duty doctor declared him dead.
