A high level probe committee has been formed to identify the smugglers. We will take departmental action based on this committee's report. A case has also been filed with Anti Corruption Commission (ACC), he told BSS.

The government formed a 3-member probe committee headed by Director of Supply, Distribution and Marketing Parimal Chandra Das on September 6. Other two members of the committee are Chief Controller (Rationing) Tapan Chandra Roy and Regional Food Controller, Dhaka Jamal Hossain. The committee will submit report on September 17.
