No alternative of Sheikh Hasina to building Digital Bangladesh: Shahriar

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam, MP, has said there is no alternative of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to building Digital Bangladesh.

He said the present government has been working relentlessly with planning of elevating all the sectors including sports.

The state minister made this observation while inaugurating the 'Rajshahi Kings', a new team of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), at Shaheed Quamaruzzaman Divisional Stadium in the metropolis last night as chief guest.

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP, Ayen Uddin, MP, and Akhter Jahan, MP, were present in the colourful programme.

Shahriar Alam, chief patron of Rajshahi Kings, said unprecedented contribution of Bangladesh's tigers have brought pride for the whole nation and hoped that the success will continue in the days ahead.

He told the audience that the government has adopted different time-fitting measures for uplifting the country's sports sector.

Development of Rajshahi is progressing fast with direct direction of the present government and it has been incorporated in the country's main improvement process, the state minister added.
