Mazibul warns against clandestine attacks ahead of polls

COMILLA, Railways Minister Md Mazibul Hoque today warned all about clandestine attacks ahead of upcoming general polls saying the killers again are out in the field marking the election.

We all have to remain alert about these killers, have to break their fangs as they are the enemies of the country and its people, the minister said while addressing street rallies in different areas in Chauddagram, Comilla.

People of Chauddagram already realized their conspiracies and would not fall in their traps again. So these plotters are threatening to occupy polling booths through video messages like militants. We do not care about these threats and will have to vote for 'Boat' to maintain the continuity of development, Hoque added.

The minister addressed rallies at Kalikapur, Doulbari and Batisa.

Chauddagram upazila chairman and Awami League leader Abdus Sobhan Bhuiyan Hasan, municipality mayor Mizanur Rahman, district administration member Faruk Ahammed Miaji, ABMA Bahar, Advocate Dr Abdul Mannan, Saiful Islam, Golam Faruk Helal and Shahjalal Mazumder addressed the rallies, among others.
