India 206-2 at tea in Bangladesh Test

HYDERABAD, India, Feb 9, 2017 (BSS/AFP) - Murali Vijay was on 98 as India reached 206 for two at tea on the opening day of the one-off Test against Banlgadesh in Hyderabad on Thursday.

Vijay and Cheteshwar Pujara (83) put on 178 runs for the second wicket to give the hosts control after they won the toss and elected to bat first.

India skipper Virat Kohli (17 not out) was batting with Vijay, while fast bowler Taskin Ahmed and teenage spinner Mehedi Hasan had taken a wicket each.
