A fire that broke out at a cotton warehouse in Gazipur's Tongi this afternoon is now under control.
Three firefighting units brought the fire under control after one and a half hours, said Tongi Fire Service Officer Shahadat Hossain.
The fire broke out at the warehouse in Tongi's Auchpara area around 1 pm today, he said.
Locals said four people, including the warehouse manager Zakir Hossain, were injured while trying to douse the fire.
