DHAKA, Jan. 18, 2017 (BSS)- Top order batsman Fargana Haque played her career best innings as she scored her career third ODI fifty against South Africa in the fourth ODI of the five-match series on Wednesday at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox's Bazar.
Although Bangladesh lost the crucial match, but Fargana was shine with bat an impressive knock of 67 run before she was sent back to the pavilion of Moseline Daniels's delivery.
It was the third ODI half centuries of her ODI career all came against South Africa. But unfortunately Bangladesh lost all the three matches.
The 23-year right handed batsman Fargana, who was debuted against Ireland in 2011, got her maiden ODI fifty against South Africa next year at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium where she played a superb knock of 55 runs.
Fargana scored her ODI fifty of 63-run at Willowmoore Park, Benon in 2013.
