Paying patient hearing to the issues and problems raised by the RMCH officials, Ershad agreed to resolve those for ensuring better health and medicare services to the patients at the RMCH and sought cooperation from all concerned toward the directions.

He also called upon the physicians for serving the suffering humanity upholding nobility of their profession when the common people were losing confidence in them with fear in mind following commercialization of Medicare services.
