Surunga (Jhapa): Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR) Devraj Ghimire has said that the country could not be developed as expected.
At a religious function at Laxmi Narayan Temple at Hardibari Rural Municipality-3 in Jhapa district on Monday, the Speaker said that we could not achieve development in the country also due to some carelessness.
On the occasion, Ghimire argued that the election constituencies’ development projects have faced direct impact due to non-function of the parliamentary development fund.
