Brothers Union Club made a good start in the GPH Ispat CJKS-CDFA Premier Football League beating Satadal Club by 2-1 goals in the opening match at the MA Aziz Stadium in the port city of Chattogram on Monday.
Rahimuddin of Brothers Union was adjudged the man of the match.

Former CCC mayor and general secretary of CJKS Alhaj AJM Nasiruddin inaugurated the league at a simple ceremony Monday afternoon.
Advisor (Logistics and Security) of the league’s sponsor, GPH Ispat Ltd, Col. M Shawkat Osman (Retd) and President of Chattogram Press Club Alhaj Ali Abbas were also present as special guests.
