The Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF) will organise a rapid chess competition for children Thursday to celebrate the 102nd birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children’s Day.
The competition for boys and girls will start at 9am in the conference room of the Old National Sports Council Building.
The winners of the seven-round Swiss-league competition will get a cash prize of Tk50,000.
All participating players have been asked to be present in the playing room by 9am.
