Antiliberation forces conspiring: Amu

DHAKA, Advisory council member of the ruling Awami

League (AL) Amir Hossain Amu today called upon proliberation forces to be

always alert as antiliberation forces are still conspiring against the

country.

The senior AL leader made the call at a meeting on the 70th birth

anniversary of Sheikh Kamal, eldest son of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu

Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, in front of Bangabandhu Bhaban at Dhanmondi.

The antiliberation forces are still conspiring and propagating against

all the mega projects which have been undertaken by Prime Minister Sheikh

Hasina for the greater interest of the country, Amu told the function

organized by the Swechashebak League.

With Swechashebak League President Advocate Mollah Abu Kawsar in the chair,

the meeting was also addressed, among others, by Bangladesh Medical

Association (BMA) President Dr Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin, Swechashebak League

General Secretary Pankaj Debnath, MP and Swechashebak League Dhaka North City

Unit Organizing Secretary KM Monwarul Islam Bipul.

The defeated forces of 1971 never want the development of the countryso

they are always involved with antistate conspiracy, the senior AL leader

said.

The AL leader said Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman

had a dream to make the Bangalees a dignified nation and the country was now

progressing towards that end under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh

Hasina, he added.
