DHAKA The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) today
filed a case against a former chairman of Rajshahi Development Authority
(RDA) and nine others for allegedly allocating land illegally to locals.
ACC Inquiry Officer and Assistant Director Md Al-Amin filed the case
against them, ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed it.
The accused include ex-chairman of RDA Tapan Chandra Majumder, RDA former
estate officer Abu Bakar Siddique, accountant Md Rustam Ali, the then lower-
division assistant Mostak Ahmed and Managing Directors of Aesthetic Design
and Development Limited � Md Mahfujul Haque and Md Khairul Alam.
