Principal M A Sattar Trust today distributed rice, pulse, edible oil, sugar, saree, lungi, cash taka and other daily essentials in Sadar upazila as Eid gifts on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to 3,000 poor and underprivileged families.
Principal M A Sattar Trust arranged a function to distribute the Eid gifts on the premises of Battali Miyaji Bari in Dattapara union of Sadar upazila of the district this morning.
Chairman of Principal M A Sattar Trust and President of Mohammadpur Thana Awami League in Dhaka Principal M A Sattar distributed the Eid gifts in the function as the chief guest.
Union Parishad Chairman of Dattapara union ATM Kamal Uddin, former Chairman of the union Ahshanul Kabir Ripon and Mandari Bazar Merchants Association President Samsuddin Saju, among others, were present.
