The students who do not have national ID cards will register first as a student of their institution from the UGC weblink which will enable them to register for vaccination through Surokkha app.

The UGC will share the link on websites of all the universities and the Education Ministry on Thursday.

Any under-18 university student can also register as a university student from the link using the birth certificate and then register for receiving the vaccine shot.
