Every time, the Redmi Note series brings a new phone to the maker, the expectation and hype surge to another level. And, we cannot deny the facts about this. Xiaomi Redmi Note 11T is equipped with some decent specifications and impressive features. For example, it has MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G Octa-core processor and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Moreover, the 6.6-inch display gives another dimension to this impressive phone. What else will you have? Let’s get to know all the stunning features one by one.

Key features of Redmi Note 11T

Design

Redmi Note 11T has a plastic frame and back while it contains a sandpaper-ish textured design. Compared to the other Note series, its camera is slightly raised. Further, you will see massive camera rings for AI purposes. Visually, the phone looks excellent and it maintains symmetry.

On the right edge, you will get to see a nice and tactical power button along with a volume rocker. The good thing is that the power button has a physical scanner to unlock the phone promptly. The bottom part of the phone houses a Type-C port with 3.5mm headphones. Besides, an infrared port and proper stereo speaking also come with the phone. Finally, the 195 grams of weight is nice enough to handle the phone with ease.

Display

It has a 6.6-inch display with an IPS LCD panel alongside the FHD+ resolution supporting the Widevine L1. However, the display is not designed for HDR playback. There is support for a 90Hz refresh rate. Essentially, the display switches between 50Hz, 60 Hz, and 90Hz as needed.

With regards to gaming, a variable refresh rate means lower power consumption since you won’t need as many frames per second. In addition to that, there are other advantages such as improved graphics quality and reduced latency.

The Redmi Note 11T offers a 240Hz touch response rate, which is highly responsive. However, compared to the Redmi Note 10 Pro, Note 11T is less impressive. But it is good enough for a super mid-range phone.

Audio

The audio performance of Note 11T is excellent as the 3.5mm port lets you listen to 24bit/192Khz Hi-Res audio streams. Moreover, it offers Hi-Fi audio settings that can drive Moondrop Blessing 2 easily and eventually the sound becomes clean.

Camera

In terms of imaging quality, the camera performs noticeably better than the other phones. Despite the low-price tag, photos seemingly don’t lack any detail. Besides, the new sensor helps deliver excellent results under poor lighting conditions. While most of the recent phones come with a dual-camera setup, Redmi Note 11T offers a single 50MP camera and an 8MP ultrawide one. However, Redmi didn’t reveal how they make the 50MP shooter.

Compared to the Redmi Note 10 Pro or the Realme 8S, the Note 11T doesn’t match the 64MP sensor. So, you get the sharper texture on Note 10 Pro than the 11T. When it comes to color accuracy, you may feel it is a little dull. But it is more than enough at its price range.

Software

It comes with MIUI 12.5 experience, which is based on Android 11. The good thing about this software package is that it doesn’t have ridiculous ads anymore. But, on the downside, the phone comes with many preinstalled apps. On the bright side, you can uninstall them if you don’t need them. Nevertheless, no users have reported any bugs in the software. But sometimes the album apps might get a little slower rendering apps. But this is not a big deal as cleaning the RAM will get rid of this slowness. Overall, the MIUI 12.5 may give mix experience to some users. But it will surely give a positive vibe to all.

Performance

The phone uses MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC which comes with two variants 6GB and 8GB RAM. However, the Dimensity 810 SoC is not much more powerful than 800U. But, it is more powerful than the Snapdragon 732G. Hence, in terms of performance, Redmi Note 11T outperformed the Note 10 Pro.

So, you can easily play high-performing games in your Note 11T. For example, you can play Call of Duty without having any issue while the phone hits the maximum graphics settings with medium and high framerates. Further, playing the PUBG New State games will give you a better experience than playing on any other mid-range phone.

Battery

The Redmi Note 11T comes with a 5000mAh battery. So, it is evident that you will get enough battery life to finish any high-performing game with ease. With the heavy usage, you can expect more than 8 hours of SoT which is almost a day and a half worth of battery life. Moreover, the 33W charger boos charging capability. You can charge the phone in just 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Since the phone has both 4G and 5G capability and you can use it on Wi-Fi networks, it can easily last one day while leaving some charge for the next morning. So, if you can easily take the regular office loads including 2.5 hours of talk time, 2-3 hours of social media usage, and one hour of music and game streaming. For a phone with a 5000mAh, these figures are great. So, it can be said that you will feel an amazing experience with this phone.

Others

The phone comes with a microSD slot in the hybrid SIM tray. However, you will see that many websites such as GSMArena mentioned that the Note 11T doesn’t come with a memory card slot. But, after extensive research, we have confirmed that the Redmi Note 11T comes with a hybrid card slot.
