MTB launches co-branded credit cards for GP customers

Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) recently launched co-branded Visa Signature and Platinum credit cards with Grameenphone for GP Star customers at a local hotel.

Yasir Azman, CEO of Grameenphone, and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director and CEO of Mutual Trust Bank, were present.

Mahbubur said: “We are happy to introduce these exclusive co-branded credit cards for GP Star customers. We are going to provide our customers with an even richer experience with our credit cards.”

Yasir said: “This kind of partnership plays a significant role in improving customer experience and bringing in newer facilities for them. I believe that this partnership will benefit the customers of both Mutual Trust Bank and Grameenphone.”

Grameenphone CMO Mohammad Sajjad Hasib said, “Co-creation is one of the best ways to serve customers better while we are aiming for digital inclusion for the people of Bangladesh to meet the growing needs.”

The co-branded cardholders will enjoy exclusive benefits including, zero first year annual fee, free access to 1,100 international airport lounges, free access to MTB air lounges across the country, meet and greet services, complimentary MTB protection plan, and “buy 1 get 1 free.”
