Fully vaccinated travellers from Bangladesh no longer require quarantine on their arrival in the Netherlands.
But the travellers must be tested before their departure from Bangladesh (even if they are vaccinated fully).
Those who are not vaccinated (or partially vaccinated), must have quarantine statement with them and need to be home quarantined.
Bangladesh Embassy in The Hague shared the updated directives for Bangladeshi nationals travelling to the Netherlands from Bangladesh.
